摘要: Abstract The frequency and outcome of emergency CABG for complications PTCA in the NHLBI Registry were analyzed. Emergency surgery was performed 202 patients (6.6%). most frequent indications operation coronary dissection 46%, occlusion 20%, prolonged angina 14% spasm 11%. often necessary whom lesions could not be reached or traversed, but more than 25% who required had initially successful dilatation followed by abrupt reclosure vessel. mortality rate with 6.4%, nonfatal Ml occurred 41% patients, Q waves developing approximately 60% MI. However, 53% managed severe ischemic events did have evidence MI die an uncomplicated postoperative course. No baseline clinical predictors identified. Lesion eccentricity associated a significant increase operation, incidence declined increasing experience PTCA.
