摘要: Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)1 is an accepted treatment for selected patients with isolated single-vessel obstructive disease.2–4 The use of PTCA has been successful in multivessel artery disease (MVD) patients.5–7 demonstrated safety and efficacy proximal stenosis(es) permitted its evaluation extensive disease.7–14 However, the continuous merging words, which only ensure reader, led us to define two major subgroups most often discussed so as clarify what happened. acute outcome follow-up MVD who underwent single- or multiple-lesion (group I), (with single disease) multiple lesion (MLA; group II) discussed.
