摘要: Abstract This review analyzes relationships between chemical structure and biological activity for several series of compounds. Its focus is on mutagenicity carcinogenicity the predictability these properties basis structure. Examples are selected from monocyclic aromatic amines, benzidine derivatives, aminoazobenzene nitrofurans, aflatoxins, sterigmatocystins. Results tests in Salmonella typhimurium summarized, their correlation with carciogenicity discussed. The concluded generalizations usefulness studies mutagenic activity.
