摘要: We studied the binding distribution of several lectins, Con A, DBA, UEA and WGA, in embryonic development chick cerebellum between stages 18 to 45 Hamburger Hamilton. observed a differential labeling (in intensity distribution) migratory cortical layers anlage with these different lectins. The distributions modifications pattern suggest intense variations glycoproteins glycosaminoglycans extracellular matrix during development. These coincide cellular organizational phenomena layers, compartmentalization Purkinje cell labeling.
