摘要: The immunohistochemical localization of an endogenous lectin R1 isolated from the rat cerebellum was studied during its postnatal development. is present in birth to adulthood, essentially lysosomes, multivesicular bodies, and parts endoplasmic reticulum, principally large intermediate size neurons. During period massive synaptogenesis molecular layer, there a sprouting some distal dendrites Purkinje cells. appears be particularly concentrated on their plasma membranes, coated pits, vesicles, bodies lysosomes. At same period, cerebella rats treated with chloroquine (an inhibitor lysosomal function), both mannose-rich glycoproteins newly formed parallel fibres (able bind specifically this lectin) are found non-functional lysosomes It thus suggested that (with high-affinity for glycans membrane fibres) these could recognition molecules allowing specific contact between cells at synaptogenesis.
