摘要: After the reported safe transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous (TRAM) flap after liposuction of abdomen, two cases bipedicled reconstruction with this abdominoplasty were successfully performed. This operation has not previously been considered possible because transection perforator arteries during undermining abdomen. To examine reperfusion arteries, authors studied 10 patients before they underwent and at 1 week, 3 months, 6 months operation. The color-duplex scanning power Doppler, using 10-MHz superficial probes, their position was marked on a map. A cadaver study woman who had an years her death is also presented. In every patient, all documented, starting from control month. no case caliber reperfused vessels more than 40 percent original diameter (maximum: 0.53 mm). confirmed by study. conclusion, operation, constant muscles occurs. However, may be enough to provide necessary blood supply for TRAM flap, which therefore strongly discouraged in favor vertical muscle (VRAM) flap. liposuction, does necessarily disrupt perforators, absolute contraindication provided that accurate done.
