摘要: A perforator flap consists of skin and fat harvested from a donor site nourished by myocutaneous perforators while sparing the muscle for function strength. This type has revolutionized microvascular free tissue transfer technique been successfully applied to well-established sites autologous breast reconstruction namely lower abdomen, upper buttock, back, lateral thigh. Although these flaps are technically more demanding than conventional flaps, their minimal impact on significantly reduces local morbidity, postoperative pain hospital stay. Perforator an increased operating time because meticulous dissection perforators, possible anatomical variation in location and, once located, difficulty selecting suitable perforator(s) base on. it suggested that may have higher incidence necrosis partial loss this not borne out clinical results. There is, however, learning curve careful patient selection is important. The role evolving. While its indications similar those TRAM gluteal clearly better alternative these. choice depends where most abundant surgeon's experience. These future become standard care reconstruction.
