摘要: A new reversible addition−fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) agent, biotinylated trithiocarbonate, was successfully synthesized. Temperature-responsive polymer, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) and water-soluble poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide) (PHPMA), have been prepared in one-step via RAFT polymerization using trithiocarbonate as the agent. The results show that polymerizations of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) are living characters, corresponding polymers produced ending biotin group. Biotin-ended diblock copolymer PHPMA PNIPAAm also by NIPAAm macro PHPMA-b-PNIPAAm can form a kind core−shell nanostructure with groups on surface reversibly induced temperature.
