摘要: Land application of intensive swine farm wastewater has raised serious environmental concerns due to the accumulation and microbially mediated transformation large amounts organic C (SWOC). Therefore, study SWOC mineralization dynamics microorganisms is essential understand impacts application. We measured incubated wastewaters with high (wastewater H) low L) concentrations. The bacteria metabolic profile community structure were also investigated. results showed that was properly fitted by two-simultaneous reactions model. initial potential rate labile H 46% higher than L, whereas rates recalcitrant L both around 23 mg -1 d . bacterial functional structural diversities significantly decreased for during mineralization, all negatively correlated specific UV absorbance (SUVA 254; P < 0.01). in raw exhibited similarity, changed SWOC, mainly under influence SUVA 254 (P 0.001). These suggested characterized rapid subsequent slow decomposition pool, quality varied between different C. bio-availability dissolved matter affected mineralization.
