摘要: The purpose of the article is to identify talent management practices in higher educational institutions. Meta-analysis literature review was undertaken order evaluate role successful attainment institutional staff quality performance. Through review, it found out that has its share modern organisational human resource practices. study revealed undoubtedly an unpredictable with multi-coloured responses and attributes towards work; if these are truly discovered, developed utilised well, then they definitely have added value on total services. paper also contended there a need investigate true practice currently embarked operations so as find suitable theory for subject implication transformation excellence.
