摘要: Interactive Information Retrieval (IIR) research studies how users interact with IR systems and evaluates the users’ satisfaction retrieval process. Thus, it focuses on behave when they systems. The involvement of potential users, access to dynamic individual information needs are essential elements in IIR studies. User-oriented evaluations investigate ability engage a system, thus requiring real be involved evaluation Despite its importance driving design better more usable systems, user-oriented approach has been criticised for: (i) being expensive time consuming application, (ii) failing capture holistic understanding context, as (iii) delivering not reusable data, often qualitative nature, (iv) generating experiments results that reproducible. In this paper, we propose an alternative approach, based data extracted from Log Files (LF) automatically Usage Pattern (UP)s. Search Profiles (ISP)s then created tools guide specifically considering Digital Libraries (DL).
