摘要: In this paper, we present a neural based solution developed for noise reduction and image enhancement using the ZISC, an IBM hardware processor which implements Restricted Coulomb Energy algorithm K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Artificial networks advantages of processing time in comparison with classical models, adaptability, weighted property pattern learning. The goal application is order to restore old movies (noise reduction, focus correction, etc.), improve digital television images, or treat images require adaptive (medical spatial special effects, etc.). Image results show quantitative improvement over noisy as well efficiency system.
