摘要: In this work, some films of poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) containing lysozyme at 5% by weight are obtained. Lysozyme is a natural antimicrobial molecule. The submitted to cold drawing process three different draw ratios, λ = 3, 4, and 5, where the ratio between final initial length. Morphology, physical barrier properties drawn samples studied correlated release lysozyme. Tests against Bacillus sp performed material texture. molecular orientation uniaxially doped PCL demonstrated be significant parameter for controlled monitoring active molecule activity.
