摘要: A mathematical model able to describe the release kinetics of antimicrobial agents from crosslinked polyvinylalcohol (PVOH) into water is presented. The was developed by taking account diffusion molecules polymeric film, counter-diffusion incorporated agent film water, and matrix swelling kinetic. To validate sorption as well three (i.e., lysozyme, nisin sodium benzoate, all approved be used in contact with food) were determined at ambient temperature (25 °C). investigated active entrapped four films PVOH a different degree crosslink. successfully fit above sets data, corroborating validity hypothesis made derive it.
