摘要: Experimental measurements of the roughness exponent ζ some fracture surfaces are reported. Whatever mode, for unbranched (aluminium alloy) or branched (Ni3Al) surfaces, is found quite close to 0.8, in accordance with other experimental determinations, but not theoretical predictions standard 3-d models. The complete height distribution complex structures shown slowly decrease increasing altitude. It implies a power-law behavior low order moments which experimentally recovered. Exponents reveal different from that gaussian distributions.
