摘要: Optical and electrical-transport measurements carried out on pure lithium-electro-intercalated ${\mathrm{TiS}}_{2}$ single crystals are presented. Results for equilibrated samples shown as a function of temperature lithium concentration. Resistivity Hall-coefficient show that upon intercalation there is an increase in the carrier concentration temperature-independent Hall coefficient, good agreement with previously reported transport measurements. The infrared-reflectivity spectra clearly large shift Drude edge. An analysis optical data using single-carrier model gives various parameters, such plasma frequency, damping factor, high-frequency dielectric constant. mobility deduced compared electrical data. results consistent assumption increased d-band filling high degree charge transfer.
