The key processes and personnel factors ECS distinct from those other areas. primary objective of this study was to develop a comprehensive framework for evaluating critical success (CSFs) projects. second identify prioritize project CSFs using analytical network process (ANP). results suggest that two most influential CSF categories electronic distribution sector related manager external environment. also indicate job satisfaction team members is perceived as factor. Project managers can use understand associations between adoption success, modify their current planning control process.
