摘要: To protect carbon/carbon (C/C) composites from oxidation, a SiC coating modified with SiO2 was prepared by complex technology. The inner thickness varying 150 to 300 µm initially coated chemical vapor reaction (CVR): simple and cheap technique prepare the via siliconizing substrate that exposed mixed (Si SiO2) at high temperatures (1 923−2 273 K). Then as-prepared processed dipping drying procedure tetraethoxysilane as source materials form fill cracks holes. Oxidation tests show that, after oxidation in air 1 623 K for 10 h thermal cycling between room temperature 5 times, mass loss of CVR sample is up 18.21%, while only 5.96%, exhibiting an obvious improvement shock resistance coating. mainly contributed C/C oxygen diffusing through penetrating formed tests.
