摘要: To develop a homologous radiolnlniunoassay (RIA) for hormone of small or rare animal often meets difficulty in collecting large anmount purified antigen required antibody production. On the other halld, to employ heterologous RIA estimatc horm me oftell gives poor scnsilivity, overcome this difficulty, “hetero-antibody” was studied. In hetero-antibody system, preparation is used radioiodination and standardization first antibody. Canine motilin rat LH were selected as examples, anti-porcine anti-hCC, and-hCGβ and-ovine LHβ The sensitivities RIAs much higher than those any case, showing that these systems suitable practical use. clarify principle RIA, antiserum porcine fractionated on an affinity column where canine immobilized. fraction bound had greater constants with both motilins rest fractions. This also reacted synthetic peptide corresponding C-terminal sequence common competitive binding test labeled motilin. These results suggest population having high cross-reactivity present polyclonal indicate can be at appropriate concentration.
