摘要: Abstract A practical CO 2 gas sensor for air quality control is developed by using a combination of Na 3 Zr Si PO 12 (NASICON) as solid electrolyte and Li carbonate phase. The sensor's electromotive force (emf) shows linear relationship with the logarithm concentration. Zeolite chosen filter material in order to minimize effect interfering gases on emf very little response deterioration . Under continuous energizing, both change (defined Δemf) are stable over period years. However, after exposed high humidity atmosphere an unpowered state, decreases, but Δemf stays constant. new data selection method renewing standard investigated monitor concentration Δemf. output corresponds conventional non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) analyzer.
