摘要: Biochemical studies can contribute to our understanding of the fundamental mechanisms in release neurotransmitters at two levels analysis: subcellular level and molecular level. Progress depends, however, upon identifying involved secretion so it is hardly surprising that this first problem which attracted interest biochemists. Indeed, knowledge events noradrenaline from nerves still fragmentary. In chapter I shall give a short historical account how biochemical methods have been applied answer question: does pass store synaptic vesicles extracellular space when nerve stimulated electrically or evoked by drugs?
