摘要: We study the reconstruction of structural connectivity for a general class pulse-coupled nonlinear networks and show that can be successfully achieved through linear Granger causality (GC) analysis. Using spike-triggered correlation whitened signals, we obtain quadratic relationship between GC network couplings, thus establishing direct link causal within these networks. Our work may provide insight into applicability in function
