摘要: PURPOSETo estimate the impact of chemotherapy on survival patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).METHODSRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in English-language medical literature between 1970 and 1991 were identified through MEDLINE reference lists relevant articles. Six RCTs that accounted for 635 compared first-line supportive care NSCLC reported up to at least 1 year identified.
