摘要: Abstract In any regional community there may be more potential in termsof people's skills and expertise, terms of resources facilities, thanmost people realise. Social capital is a term used to describe the social oganisation productive synergy underpinning ‘spirit’. Strongtraditions, networks, norms trust are areas characteristic spirit.
