摘要: Twenty-nine disorazoles A–H (1–29) were isolated by solvent partitions and chromatographic separations from Sorangium cellulosum, strain So ce12, the producer of sorangicin antibiotics. The proved to be highly cytotoxic active against fungi. structures main component disorazole A1 (1) 28 variants elucidated 2D-NMR mass spectroscopy. are macrocyclic dilactones two 2-pentadecyloxazol-4-carboxylic acids, which modified in their carbon chain variation position configuration double bonds oxygen substituents like epoxide, hydroxyl, or methyl ether groups. In addition these, three ring-enlarged lactonization a more distant hydroxyl group. By feeding 13C-enriched precursors biosynthetic origin carbons A was investigated.
