摘要: Bicarbonate and nitric oxide levels are important humoral factors in the blood affected by human body's physical condition. There few reports, however, on changes bicarbonate during exercise rest. Since urinary metabolites reflect of blood, we studied circadian 6 female athletes monitoring their pH metabolites. Measurements were taken exercise, rest sleep. Six participated a 3-day team handball training camp where they followed schedule Urinary samples collected immediately before after training, at bed-time upon waking. The metabolites, including nitrite nitrate, examined with gas analyzer NOx analyzer. as compared to showed decreased pH, decrease little change NO During rest, bicarbonate, increased markedly all subjects. significantly This study took into account subjects' various physiological conditions when considering significance 3 day program. significant involved sleep program camp.
