摘要: This study examines how systemic biomarkers of endothelial function and nitric oxide metabolism are affected by exercise in dogs. Furthermore, breed variation white-coat effect have been tested sampling three different dog breeds both their home a clinical setting. Short-term increased plasma nitrate nitrite (NOx) von Willebrand factor (vWf). There was significant difference between Pointers the small Cairn Terriers Cavalier King Charles Spaniels general levels vWf asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA). NOx were significantly higher when sample taken laboratory cf. at home, whereas ADMA l-arginine lower. In conclusion, short-term influence several markers depending also on gender These findings should be considered future studies concerning
