摘要: Using the electroretinogram (ERG) technique spectral efficiency of compound eye glasshouse whitefly Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) and its main parasitoid Encarsia formosa (Gahan) (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) was measured at selected wavelengths between 340 nm 670 nm. The form ERG for both T. E. found to be monophasic in nature. For male female a primary peak occurred blue-green-yellow region, 520 secondary ultraviolet (UV) region. gave significantly greater response UV region than either dorsal or ventral regions relative responses has divided eyes with distinct regions. In this study it that percentage UV, eye, is there significant shift blue-green yellow towards right spectrum.
