摘要: Summary Neutralization of Newcastle virus by 3 different types antisera (chicken, rabbit, and human) was studied in several ways. 1.When embryos were inoculated with the mixture serum on chorio-allantoic membrane, there a direct, roughly 1:1 relationship between amount neutralized dilution used. When mixtures into allantoic sac, loss neutralizing activity diluted sera exceeded dilution, i.e. , slope 2 or more. These results obtained all sera. 2.The steeper inoculation case chicken rabbit seemed to depend greater neutralization following undiluted serum. This difference effective brought about routes not apparent 3.Incubation for periods up hr at 35°C had no effect convalescent but did increase immune human Incubation before adding red cells increased inhibition cell agglutination caused 4.Chicken delayed death beyond 6-day period during which even minimal infectious doses do survive. delay produced
