摘要: The myosin heavy-chain (MHC) isoform pattern was studied by biochemical methods in the slow-twitch (soleus) and fast-twitch (gastrocnemius) muscles of adult rats during atrophy after tenotomy recovery tendon regeneration. tenotomized slow muscle atrophied more than fast muscle. During 12 days total MHC content decreased about 85% muscle, only 35% In ratio MHC-1 to MHC-2A(2S) remained almost unchanged, showing that similar diminution both isoforms occurs. MHC-2A/MHC-2B decreased, loss MHC-2A mainly. After regeneration, recovered earlier Full not observed until up 4 months later. embryonic MHC, which seems be expressed denervated fibres, detected immunoblotting either or influence denervation on expression is compared. results show that: (a) are very sensitive tenotomy, whereas MHC-2B much less sensitive; (b) inhibited intact neuromuscular junction.
