摘要: In previous studies, the effect of tenotomy had been focused mainly on muscle properties (typology, capillarity, force, etc.). Little attention was paid to metabosensitive fibers from groups III and IV (also called 'ergoreceptors' or 'exercise receptors'). current study, we assessed responses in a rat model with tenotomized muscle. Two animals were included: control group (C, no tenotomy) (Tn, transection distal tendon left tibialis anterior). After 10 weeks, observed Tn significant decrease afferent electrically induced fatigue chemical agents (KCl lactic acid), known activate fibers. These data indicate that (1) induces an alteration response consequently modifies sensory-motor loop; (2) may have secondary role tenotomy-induced alterations. Additional studies are required improve our understanding after nerve injury.
