摘要: The term autoinflammatory disease has been proposed to describe a group of disorders characterized by attacks seemingly unprovoked inflammation without significant levels either autoantibodies or autoreactive T cells. last decade witnessed tremendous advances in the understanding these disorders. These have allowed therapeutic interventions, resulting improvement short-term and long-term morbidity all diseases. Future research into molecular mechanisms underlying inflammatory diseases should lead better general and, it is hoped, more targeted therapies.
