ON THE SOCIAL VALUATION OF TRAVEL TIME SAVINGS.

摘要: In this paper we propose a method to compute the social values of users' travel time savings within cost -benefit framework. It is shown that resulting are related three main factors: travellers' subjective valuation savings, taxpay- ers' money paid, and value judgement about individual welfare made by political authorities.
