摘要: Atropine (80 µg per kg) was injected intravenously into 9 fistula dogs secreting in response to insulin hypoglycemia, causing immediate (100%) and prolonged (>21½ hr) inhibition. The same dose given 90 min after the start of a continuous infusion either pentagastrin (1.5 kg-hr) or histamine (1 mg base hr). Histamine-stimulated volume output fell by about 30%, pepsin 80 ro, but electrolyte composition largely unchanged, whereas gastrin effects were blocked 75 95% comprised large drop volume, as well decreases Cl−, H+, K+ concentrations rise Na+ concentration. Pepsin greatly reduced both, being higher with experiments. action atropine inhibiting emphasizes similarities between actions this group peptides cholinergic agents.
