摘要: Background. Lymphomatoid papulosis is a rare skin disease with malignant potential. Its epidemiology largely unknown. Methods. A case-control study of lymphomatoid was done to characterize the patient population and investigate risk factors for its development. Fifty-seven patients biopsy-proven 67 individually matched control subjects who were recruited among relatives acquaintances answered standard questionnaire over telephone. Results. Among papulosis, 3 had history Hodgkin disease, non-Hodg-kin lymphoma, 10 mycosis fungoides; none reported such histories.
