摘要: PURPOSE: Thiopurines are important as maintenance therapy in Crohn's disease, but there have been concerns whether thiopurines increase the risk for anastomotic complications. The present study was performed to assess alone, or together with other possible factors, associated postoperative intra-abdominal septic complications after abdominal surgery disease. METHODS: Prospectively registered data regarding perioperative factors were collected at a single tertiary referral center from 1989 2002. Data 343 consecutive operations on patients disease entered into multivariate analysis evaluate All involved either anastomoses, strictureplasties, both; no operations, however, proximal diversion. RESULTS: Intra-abdominal occurred 26 of (8%). Thiopurine an increased (16% therapy; 6% without P = 0.044). Together established such preoperative sepsis (18% sepsis; 0.024) and colo-colonic anastomosis anastomosis; types 0.031), thiopurine 24% if any 2 all 3 compared 13% 1 factor present, only 4% none these (P < 0.0001). CONCLUSIONS: is related number identified factors. This should be taken consideration when planning
