摘要: The concentration dependences of the optical properties glassy alloys in HgS-Ga2S3-GeS2 system have been investigated spectral range 2.0–2.9 eV. energy gap E g glasses has estimated, and dependence on content HgS Ga2S3 analyzed. α(hν) for under investigation fundamental absorption are described by Urbach rule. containing ≥ 20 mol % (HgS + Ga2S3) characterized an ordering a decrease , which explained changes short-range order arrangement atoms involved composition alloys. It assumed that, at high concentrations modifiers, there can arise microscopic inclusions, i.e., different defects, scatter light transparency
