Estimation of Ultimate Methane and Hydrogen Sulfide Yields for C&D Waste and MSW Using BMP Test

摘要: Abstract The main object of this study was to offer information about incoming waste in landfill and evaluate biochemical methane hydrogen sulfide potentials wastes. We examined brick, soil, mixed (C&D MSW) samples for the study. leaching experiments showed that BOD, COD sulfate were determined range 0~18,816 mg/kg, 85~21,100 mg/kg 160~1,205 respectively 6hr extraction test. An accumulated tests 140day BOD 226~197,219 436~242,588 Sulfate 1,090~25,140 mg/kg. Also, BMP (biochemical potential) carried out examine yields 3 different As a result, yield 262.68 mL CH 4 /g VS MSW 0~17.75 soil C&D waste. Higherhydrogen observed 0.079mL H 2 S/g This result indicate brick could be sourcesof sulfate, higher production odor problem inhibitor production.
