摘要: Beraprost sodium, an analogue of prostacyclin, increases intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in cultured glomerular mesangial cells. We examined the effect beraprost on cell proliferation. was able to inhibit fetal bovine serum-stimulated proliferation cells concentrations enough increase cellular cAMP. By northern blot analysis, induced expression MKP-1, a mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase, dose- and time-dependent manner, similarly dibutyryl cAMP adrenomedullin. These results indicate that inhibits one mechanisms might be cAMP-dependent induction MKP-1.
