摘要: Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are thought to be highly beneficial in the field of regenerative medicine and believed overcome immunogenic barriers cell transplantation. However, issues remain regarding their safety efficiency for medical use. Furthermore, some recent reports have suggested that iPSCs could targeted by autologous immune system. To promote practical applications iPSCs, depth research using appropriate animal models is needed porcine species appear provide an ideal model. Recent studies focused on generation iPSC cells, but no investigations immunological properties been conducted date. In present study, we generated putative from somatic measured major histocompatibility complex (MHC) expression derivatives. Compact colonies expressed markers appeared 11 days after viral infection. Embryonic bodies (EB) were produced differentiated into three germ layers vitro. Karyotyping swine leukocyte antigen (SLA) typing showed identical parental cells. Porcine only low levels MHC class I moderately increased derivatives, whereas II was rarely expressed. presence interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), elevated gradually decreased withdrawal cytokine. Our data suggest useful preclinical viability devising strategies rescue transplanted
