摘要: A tutorial overview of system analysis in the rapidly changing field immunology is presented here. Many concepts which are well entrenched engineering practice shown to be relevant immunology. For example, state-space and a network topology arise naturally for generation lymphocytes (a class white-blood cells) turn antibodies according clonal selection theory. Engineers embroiled large-scale problems may appreciate immunological complexes whereby humoral subsystem alone includes some 1012lymphocytes 1020antibody molecules 107different chemical affinities immunologically unstimulated human body. Unfortunately, linear theory, so significant electrical networks, have limited application On other hand, coupled bilinear control systems rate-limited processes due nature cell division, differentiation, binding. Similarly, cascade nonlinear amplifiers generated as complement such purposes tumor lysis. This controlled use instability by means parametric manipulation, effective disease control, very provide clue new design methodologies practice.
