摘要: Abstract Mn and Sb-doped Pb(Zr,Ti)O 3 (PMSZT)/YBa 2 Cu O 7− y (YBCO) heterostructures grown on Si substrates have been investigated for IR detector arrays. The epitaxial PMSZT films deposited c -oriented YBCO conducting electrodes show “self polarization” behavior high responsivity even without poling. An asymmetric hysteresis loop C – V curve that the original polarization state of capacitors is pointing towards top electrode in film, perpendicular to thin film. Doping with Sb has shown enhance pyroelectric dielectric properties PZT enhanced sensitivity. detectors were examined their coefficient detectivity D *. relatively 45 nC cm −2 K at 25°C 148 90°C. shows * values from 2.5×10 8 6.0×10 cmHz 1/2 W −1 2.5–19.5 μm wavelength range.
