摘要: To improve the knowledge on a variety of severe disorders, research has moved from analysis individual proteins to investigation all expressed by tissue/organism. This global proteomic approach could prove very useful: (i) for investigating biochemical pathways involved in disease; (ii) generating hypotheses; or (iii) as tool identification differentially response disease state. Proteomics not been used yet field respiratory extensively other fields, only few reproducible and clinically applicable molecular markers, which can assist diagnosis, having currently identified. The continuous advances both instrumentation methodology, enable sensitive quantitative analyses much smaller amounts biological material than before, will hopefully promote new candidate biomarkers this area. aim report is critically review application over decade 2004-2013 sophisticated technologies study disorders. observed changes protein expression profiles tissues/fluids patients affected pulmonary disorders opens route novel pathological mediators these
