摘要: In the September 1993 issue of Leukemia and Lymphoma Di Raimondo et al.1 reported results a retrospective study on incidence outcome autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AHA) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) treated fludarabine, suggesting that this drug could trigger disorder. brief report we present case relapsed thrombocytopenia patient CLL after first cycle treatment fludarabine.
