Decreased CD45RA T cells in B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia patients: correlation with disease stage.

摘要: T-cell subsets CD4, CD8 and suppressor-inducers (CD45RA) were determined in 20 patients with B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia (B-CLL). The proportion of CD4 CD45RA was decreased when compared T cells from normal subjects. markedly increased. activity concanavalin A-induced suppressor not significantly different that controls negatively correlated to the percentage B-CLL patients. selective loss more prominent advanced Rai stages disease (III IV) than early (0 II). Six group suffered autoimmune hemolytic anemia, whereas no patient showed an phenomenon. Our results may indicate a mechanism autoimmunity similar diseases.
