摘要: We have synthesized thin films of disordered zinc ferrite (ZnFe 2 O 4 ) and ilmenite-hematite (FeTiO 3 -Fe solid solution, the former latter which are interesting from viewpoints magnetooptics spintronics, respectively, by utilizing sputtering pulsed laser deposition methods, explored their magnetic, magnetooptical, electrical properties. Although ZnFe possesses a normal spinel structure as its stable phase, some Fe 3+ ions occupy tetrahedral well octahedral sites in sputtered film is composed. Consequently, as-deposited manifests large magnetization even at room temperature although magnetic phase transition low 10 K.
