摘要: Hyponatremia is a well-known side effect of antidepressant treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) or combined and noradrenaline (SNRI), linked to the syndrome inappropriate secretion antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) in most cases. In contrast, only very few data are available on hyponatremia following selective noradrenalin (NaRI). this report, we describe case patient who developed severe after reboxetine. However, extensive laboratory testing did not reveal ADH, suggesting that SIADH account for our case. Proposing further examination underlying pathomechanism as NaRIs, discuss importance careful monitoring serum sodium levels patients treated NaRIs.
