摘要: Despite the increasing interest from both policy makers and scholars in collective management of natural resources rural sector, literature has not covered many aspects incentives targeting actors. In this article, we analyze how embedding minimum participation rules policies affect distribution benefits a group players that cooperate. The article applies Shapley Value Nash–Harsanyi solution, two key solutions cooperative game theory, to an incentive scheme Emilia-Romagna (Italy) support construction reservoirs for irrigation water. Results show on storage capacity number users benefit opposite directions. main conclusion is should be carefully designed if welfare issue. However, further studies are required have comprehensive assessment within policies.
