What Is Sustainable Agriculture? A Systematic Review

摘要: The idea of a sustainable agriculture has gained prominence since the publication Brundtland Report in 1987. Yet, concept is very vague and ambiguous its meaning, which renders use implementation extremely difficult. In this systematic review paper, we aim to advance understandings from social science governance perspective by identifying areas complementarity concern between emerging definitions agriculture. For purpose, conducted structured literature combination with cluster analysis order (1) identify overall ideas aspects associated agriculture; (2) detect patterns differences how these are adopted or applied; (3) evaluate different combined scientific debate, assess whether conceptions match those that have been claimed exist debate. There two valuable outcomes research. first framework for understanding components second outcome highlighting ways actors involved deal complexity multiplicity constructive manner.
