摘要: We studied the influence of different stimulation parameters on results automated color vision examinations. Color was tested with red-green Rayleigh equation and blue-green Moreland six normal observers our computer-controlled anomaloscope. Results demonstrate that (1) it is important to vary automatically radiance test field provide an approximate luminance match as ratio primaries in mixture changed; doing this, subjects can concentrate hue balance between two half-fields are not disturbed by a simultaneous mismatch. (2) In agreement & Kerr (1979), saturation be preset fixed value. (3) Matching range varies exposure time, showing flat minimum region 1 s for experienced observers. A time 2–3 adopted clinical work.
